complete with built in WiFi but you need your own WiFi or use public WiFi in a pub or coffee shop to connect to WiFi but i wodent advise that i would advise u use your home WiFi as the battery dosent last any longer than 2 hours at most unplugged i managed to get 1/half hours out of the tablet unplugged but that was hard pushed you get at-least 1 hour unplugged fully charged
you will need to download a virus protection i was using the basic windows defender
the tablet is in really good condition

comes with all the leads including a USB plug not the original USB plug but still works fine

the tablet is in very good condition for a second hand tablet
the only thing that i had to do is tape on a code which is on the back because the sticky label came off it dosent affect the tablet in any way

i just a few months ago did a complete reinstall on windows 10 to wipe the hard-drive
as the store had only put windows 8.1 on it on purchase so while Microsoft were offering windows 10 free upgrade from 8.1 to windows 10 i took the opportunity and upgraded
so u now have windows 10 rather than windows 8.1
